Theme:
The rapid growth of e-commerce and the need to deploy efficient e-government solutions are raising new research questions. The important ones are centered around solution development, asset protection, trust and privacy, and strategy and policy formulation. EGCDMAS workshop is soliciting papers on all aspects related to the analysis, design and implementation of solutions for e-government and e-commerce. The workshop offers the opportunity for both academics and practitioners to share models, ideas and experiences.

We invite papers describing both theoretical and applied research including, but not limited to, the following topics:
Security models and risk management
Authorization, delegation, and access control
Privacy, anonymity, and data protection
Intrusion, denial of service and attack detection and response
Security in content distribution
Strategy and policy formulation of e-government
Automated negotiation and bargaining
Payment and exchange protocols
E-government and e-commerce engineering

Discovery, promotion, and brokering
Submission
of Papers
Authors
should submit their full papers in English with up to 10
one-Column pages per paper, using the submission instructions
indicated in the ICETE main web page at http://www.icete.org/.
Accepted papers will be published in a workshop proceedings
book with an ISBN number.
